Of all the memorable musicals released by MGM, none is as incredible as West Side Story. Broadway musicals have always been a favorite of mine, but this one holds a special place in my heart. West Side Story is my mother’s favorite musical, so I was introduced to it at a young age.

West Side Story (Full Screen Edition) I am always blown away my the young Natalie Wood in West Side Story. Broadway was fortunate to have such a great talent represent one its best stories.

Although Natalie Wood was stunning, Rita Moreno really brought the spice. Combined with the sparkling street numbers by the Sharks and Jets, this film has something for every movie lover.

West Side Story (Special Edition Collector’s Set) If you are a true fan, this Collector’s Edition is a necessity. A one-hour documentary and current interviews with the cast is something not to be missed.

The songs performed in West Side Story, Broadway at its finest, are unforgettable. I like to keep the West Side Story soundtrack in my car – it helps to make traffic a bit more pleasant. They just don’t make musicals like this anymore.
